This handmade mermaid costume has a wrap around skirt that is adjustable, a tail fin that's stuffed and quilted and a vest decorated with bubbles and shells.  Printed on cotton canvas with water based inks.  One size fits most 2-4 year old's.  Made in the USA.  Very limited quantity.
